After working in and managing the meat department at several grocery stores in the surrounding area, he has become self employed as of November 2009. Venison processing is his specialty. Mark’s Meats and Processing takes pride in the services provided to hunters. Mark also offers a large variety of venison sausages to be completed after the processing.
